1. How long does the delivery take?

Our paintings are delivered within 5–14 working days . This is because each board is made to order to ensure the highest quality and the possibility of customization. When your painting is finished, we will ship it directly to you with trackable shipping.


2. Can I customize the color of the board?

Response:
Yes, absolutely! Our paintings can be customized in the color you wish. You specify your desired color in connection with the order, and we make sure to create a work of art that fits perfectly in your home.


3. How do your gift cards work?

Response:
Our gift cards are digital and are sent directly to your email after purchase. The gift card contains a unique code that can be used at checkout. It's the perfect gift for someone who loves interior design and art!


4. What happens if I am not satisfied with the painting?

Response:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of receipt and we will find a solution. Please note that we cannot offer returns for custom paintings.


5. What type of payments do you accept?

We accept most payment methods, including card payments and Klarna. With Klarna, you can choose to pay immediately, later or split the payment.


6. Are the paintings ready to hang?

Response:
Our boards come without pre-assembled brackets, giving you the freedom to choose how you want to position them. Hang them on the wall, lean them against a wall, or place them on a shelf - the choice is yours!


7. Do you offer free shipping?

Response:
Yes, we offer free shipping within Sweden on all our orders.


8. Are the paintings handmade?

Yes, all our paintings are handmade with great care. We use carefully selected materials and each painting is made uniquely to your order.
