3. Delivery

We offer free shipping on all orders within Sweden. Delivery time is usually 5-14 days. In the event of a delivery delay, we will notify you as soon as possible. Bamissa uses reliable shipping partners to ensure safe delivery of your order.

4. Right of withdrawal and return

As a consumer, according to the Distance Contracts Act, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at info@bamissa.se. The product must be returned in the same condition as when it was received, unused and in the original packaging. You as the customer are responsible for the return shipping, unless the item is defective or incorrect upon delivery.

When we have received and approved the return, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days.

5. Complaint

If a product should be incorrect or damaged upon delivery, you have the right to complain about the product according to the Consumer Purchase Act. Contact us at info@bamissa.se and describe the error and attach pictures of the product. We will then correct the error by offering a new product, repairing the product or refunding the purchase price, depending on the situation.
